1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and juan367 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the juan367 online gaming platform located at juan367.org and any related applications or services.

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account on juan367. Registration of multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on the juan367 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change without prior notice.

Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200 or as otherwise specified at the time of request. juan367 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may render the platform unavailable temporarily; juan367 shall not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.

11. Termination and Suspension

juan367 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred, where required by PAGCOR or applicable law, or where it determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Upon termination for cause, juan367 may forfeit all bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting juan367 support. Upon voluntary account closure, all real money balances will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to game outcomes, financial transactions, or account management, shall first be submitted to juan367's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR under its player complaint framework. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for any dispute not resolved through the foregoing processes.

13. Amendments

juan367 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the juan367 platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
